We ship worldwide.
All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
All shipments are sent tracked and insured from Germany.
Once your order has left our studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local customs processing.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or additional fees may apply.
These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be paid by the recipient.

Alle Bestellungen werden sorgfältig verpackt und innerhalb von 2–5 Werktagen nach Zahlungseingang versendet.
Alle Sendungen erfolgen inklusive Tracking und Versicherung aus Deutschland.
Sobald deine Bestellung unser Studio verlässt, erhältst du eine Versandbestätigung per E-Mail inklusive Sendungsverfolgung.
Bitte beachte, dass sich Lieferzeiten je nach Zielland und Zollabfertigung unterscheiden können.
Bei Lieferungen außerhalb der Europäischen Union können Zölle, Einfuhrabgaben oder Steuern anfallen.
Diese Kosten sind nicht im Produktpreis oder den Versandkosten enthalten und vom Empfänger zu tragen.
Returns & Cancellation

You may return your order within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, in their original condition, and with all tags and labels attached.
For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns of worn or damaged items or items with removed labels.

Once the return has been received and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Du kannst deine Bestellung innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt widerrufen und zurücksenden.
Die Schmuckstücke müssen ungetragen, unbeschädigt, im Originalzustand und mit angebrachten Etiketten zurückgesendet werden.
Aus hygienischen Gründen behalten wir uns vor, getragene, beschädigte Artikel oder Artikel mit entfernten Etiketten von der Rückgabe auszuschließen.
Bitte kündige deine Rückgabe vorab per E-Mail an:

Nach Eingang und Prüfung der Rücksendung erstatten wir den Kaufbetrag über die ursprünglich verwendete Zahlungsmethode.
Die Kosten für den Rückversand trägt die Kundin / der Kunde.
